We ship to most countries overseas. The shipping rates are dynamic. The more products you order the lower the shipping cost per product.
We offer at par shipping costs ie actuals for sarees and other items to be delivered within India and overseas for all orders. Please ensure you provide us with the complete details of the person being shipped to. If you require sarees/other items to be delivered on any particular date, please write to us. We will try our best to deliver on the requested date.
We ship all orders by the fastest possible & reputed courier services like Blue Dart, DHL, and Professional Couriers who deliver within 4-7 working days or more depending on the location. These dates are not binding on us as a third party provides the service.
For shipping overseas, the delivery time may vary from 4-10 working days depending on the destination. We use DHL/FedEx. We cannot be held responsible for any unforeseen delays from the carrier’s end.
We will provide you with the tracking number as soon as the goods are dispatched. Any inward taxes or duties as applicable in line with the laws of the respective country or state will have to be borne by the customer.
The right to accept returns is solely the decision of Rasi Silks. In case returns are made by customers where there has been no fault on part of Rasi Silks, the entire shipping cost must be borne by customers. Saris/items thus returned must be “unused” and should be in original condition and packaging. Also, courier services of international standards must be used and the liability rests entirely on the sender in the event of the loss of product while shipping the product back. Items will not be accepted on a “TO PAY” basis.
